The Project Manager II will oversee UAS operations on-site (CONUS or OCONUS), ensuring mission readiness and compliance with PMA-263 requirements. This position involves direct supervision of UAS operations, coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining qualifications and certifications.Required Qualifications / SkillsMinimum five (5) years as a UAS operatorBachelor's degree in a relevant field (or an additional six (6) years of job-related experience in lieu of a degree)Current FAA Flight Physical (Class II)BUQ-1 and BUQ-2 qualifiedPreferred Qualifications / SkillsPrevious experience as a TALSA supervisorPrior leadership experience in a UAS operations environmentKnowledge of UAS safety and training standardsResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day UAS operations and mission planningSupervise UAS operator teams and ensure qualification complianceMaintain operational readiness and adherence to safety standardsCoordinate with Government and OEM representatives on operational requirementsProvide reporting and feedback to program leadership
