The Senior Project Manager will manage UAS projects either on-site or off-site within CONUS, ensuring compliance with PMA-263 requirements and effective coordination with Government stakeholders and OEMs. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to successfully deliver project outcomes.Required Qualifications / SkillsMinimum 10 years of UAS project management experienceBachelor's degree in a relevant field (or an additional eight (8) years of job-related experience in lieu of a degree)Excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to coordinate with Government technical experts and OEM representativesPreferred Qualifications / SkillsPMP or other project management certificationPrior experience managing geographically dispersed teamsFamiliarity with military UAS programs and lifecycle managementResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and execute UAS projects in accordance with PMA-263 requirementsCollaborate with Government technical experts and OEM representatives to achieve project objectivesMonitor project cost, schedule, and deliverablesProvide regular updates and reports to program leadershipEnsure quality assurance and compliance with contract requirements
