Director, AI Accelerator MedTech Procurement

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director, AI Accelerator within the MedTech Supply Chain Procurement Center of Excellence in Raritan, NJ. Within the COE, the leader identifies, prioritizes, designs, and scales AI-enabled solutions to improve procurement decisions and productivity. The role owns the AI backlog, develops capabilities, and ensures integration into the digital blueprint. Role mandates responsible AI with governance, testing, and collaboration with Global Process Owners and Data
