Software Engineer

Overview Geologics is seeking an Information Technology - Software Engineer in the Hill AFB, Utah area. Efforts will include remediation of Windows-based applications and infrastructure up to and including migration off Windows platforms. Applicant will need to be able to extract design/requirements from the existing code base. Good oral and written communication skills are required as is the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Note: The original description references remediation work and extracting design/requirements from the existing code base. Include these elements as responsibilities where applicable in the role. REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience: US Citizenship Must have a Bachelor\'s degree and a minimum of 16 years of experience or a Master\'s with a minimum of 14 years. 10+ years of experience programming in C# 10+ years of experience with Visual Studio IDE 10+ years of experience with client-server architecture 10 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server to include Database design & administration Desired Skills C++ and Python Location: Hill AFB, Utah. Schedule: 4/10. Contract type: W2 Hourly Contract Only. No 1099, no third parties, no C2C. Rate Range: $75.00 - $120.00 with limited benefits. Required: Secret Clearance.
