Holiday Health Care is seeking a Full-Time HR Assistant to join their dynamic and growing team! The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department by maintaining employee records, processing HR paperwork, assisting with recruiting activities, and supporting onboarding functions. This position serves as a backup to the HR Coordinator for orientation and onboarding activities and assists with various HR initiatives and tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, maintains confidentiality, and provides excellent customer service to employees and applicants. This is an in-person role that will be based in our office building in Evansville, IN.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous administrative, office, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
