Tennessee Licensed Product Compliance Manager

To ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Product Compliance Manager will oversee product onboarding activities, manage a team, and execute compliance strategies while collaborating with various departments in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day product compliance activities, including raw material changes and onboarding processes Oversee the creation, review, and approval of safety data sheets (SDS) and product labels, ensuring compliance with regulations Train and mentor team members on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices while facilitating performance goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of people management experience At least 5 years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in chemical or oil manufacturing Experience with Hazard Communication, GHS, and SDS authoring is highly preferred Certification in Regulatory Affairs, CHMM, or equivalent preferred
