Serve as a critical link between clients and other legal service providers on our team. Assure timely payments for services to allow smooth execution of case strategies. Provide detailed reporting of client marketing and communications. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in record keeping.
