Founding Technical Recruiter

LiteLLM is the world's most popular AI Gateway, trusted by companies like Adobe, Netflix, and NASA. We're building the next generation of infrastructure for AI applications—and now we're building our second product.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting—source, engage, and close world-class engineers, operators, and product leaders.

• Partner with our hiring managers to determine hiring needs and define our processes.

• Use data to drive decisions: tracking and analyzing funnel health, talent pool effectiveness, and hiring velocity to continuously improve hiring efficiencies.

• Represent our vision and culture to prospective candidates and the broader talent market.

• Build and nurture strong relationships within technical and entrepreneurial communities.

• Help establish and document recruiting best practices, evaluation rubrics, and onboarding workflows as our first recruiting hire.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth startups or tech companies or at a recruiting agency focusing on startups.

• Experience hiring for technical (engineering, product) as well as operational roles.

• You thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and are passionate about scaling early-stage teams.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, represent company culture, and close top-tier talent.

• Bonus: Background working with founders or on a founding hiring team

• Bonus: Experience working on a developer focused product
