You will be based in one of our North America offices as part of our broader Social, Healthcare and Public Sector (SHaPE) Practice, specifically working with our dedicated Healthcare team. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Undergraduate degree required, master's degree preferred 10+ years of professional experience working with healthcare provider clients and/or working in the healthcare industry specifically on the provider side Prior experience as a consultant in a professional services firm preferred Entrepreneurial drive to develop new client relationships and generate business development opportunities Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations Publication of knowledge or thought leadership in your industry space is a plus Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues.
