Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This individual will support employees and leadership across employee relations, onboarding, leave administration, performance management, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is an adaptable and proactive HR professional with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location $85,000-$90,000/year Based on experience Full-Time Excellent benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Located in Los Angeles, California Duties and Responsibilities Support employees and managers, address workplace concerns, and assist with investigations and performance management Administer HR policies, maintain employee records, process terminations, and ensure accurate documentation Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding, training initiatives, and performance review processes Support benefits, open enrollment, payroll-related matters, and leave programs including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and Workers' Compensation Support wage and hour audits and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR standards Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, administrative efficiency, and employee support Support company events, volunteer initiatives, employee engagement, and a positive workplace environment Provide timely responses to HR inquiries and communicate effectively with employees and leadership Monitor retention and attendance trends and support initiatives to improve employee retention and performance Requirements and Qualifications 1+ year of HR Generalist experience supporting a high-volume workforce Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver's license required Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Experience with FMLA, CFRA, PDL, Workers' Compensation, or other leave programs preferred HR experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred - (Salary range based on experience) - ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Do you need your next job fast?
