Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $145,000 to $165,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities- Support employee development, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives by providing strategic HR solutions and oversight.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and transfer processes for exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns, and temporary staff.
- Resolve employee relations issues by working closely with various levels of management to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and strategies to enhance company culture.
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to optimize HR functions.
- Have experience working in the manufacturing industry.
- Possess knowledge and experience with payroll processes and systems.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills.
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in human resource.
- Show a strong ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Display strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Be proficient in maintaining HR data, metrics, and reports.
- Demonstrate the ability to implement and manage employee engagement and culture enhancement initiatives.
