Registered NurseOur client, a leading health system in Dodge City, KS, is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Med Surg Unit. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide care to patients in a fast-paced clinical environment.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of the patient through the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.RequirementsEducation: Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement.
