Key responsibilities include defining and implementing a targeted acquisition strategy, identifying high-value opportunities, and developing executive-level relationships with CDOs, CIOs, and CTOs. The role also involves creating a repeatable sales playbook, recruiting and mentoring a high-performance sales team, and coordinating with marketing and delivery for tailored client engagements. Applicants for the Head of New Account Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of enterprise sales experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital consulting. A proven track record in acquiring new enterprise clients and closing multi-million dollar deals is essential, as is the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
