PROJECT MANAGER III

Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards and business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, project governance, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee assigned projects from planning through execution and completion.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and deliverables.Establish project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress.Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.Lead project teams and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with established Project Management processes, methodologies, and requirements.Coordinate efforts across multiple functional teams and departments.Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Perform additional project management responsibilities as required.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required. Candidates who do not currently hold a PMP certification must obtain it within 6 months of assignment, if applicable to the engagement.Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects across multiple functional organizations.Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams.Preferred Experience:3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Physical Security Critical Infrastructure Protection Regulatory Compliance Knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory requirements.
