Occupational Therapist School Setting - Methuen, MA

Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students as an onsite Occupational Therapist for a contract spanning the upcoming school year. Engage with an inclusive student population, working closely with educators and families to foster student growth and independence. Qualifications & Experience: Active and valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license required Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills Ability to adapt interventions for students across a wide range of ages and needs Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans to support student participation in academics and daily school activities Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to provide strategies and recommendations Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and assist with ongoing evaluations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student support Position Details: Contract position for the 2026-2027 school year Onsite only; virtual service is not available Located conveniently near Methuen, MA, with services delivered in Andover Work with a varied caseload spanning elementary through high school students Part-time schedule: three days per week Make a difference supporting students’ access to learning and development.
