Senior Counsel, Labor & Product Litigation Leader
Hyundai Motor Company
Hyundai Motor Company is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead strategy and supervision of employment, labor, and product-litigation matters for Hyundai Motor America (HMA) and GMA. You will develop and review policies, handle investigations, settlements and trials, and supervise staff and outside counsel while advising on risk and compliance.
You will partner with HR and Consumer Affairs to address workplace issues, provide training on labor matters, and coordinate defense efforts across NA
