Operations Associate

Overview Our client is an established investment management firm focused on value-oriented strategies across public markets, managing capital on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth investors. The firm employs a fundamental research-driven approach utilizing long/short equity strategies across a range of sectors. Responsibilities Review of daily reconciliation of cash, positions, profit & loss, accruals, receivables/payables Generate internal trade, position, and profit & loss reporting for trading teams and risk Trade processing, reconciliation, settlement coordination and trade break resolution Track trading strategies including fixed income, equity, FX, bank debt, futures, and swaps Review of monthly profit & loss Processing and reconciliation of corporate actions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 1-2 years of middle office experience Experience at a hedge fund preferred Strong Excel skills Strong analytical and quantitative skills Salary $90,000-$100,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Arrow Search Partners
