High school diploma with hands-on staffing experience, or a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or communications.
One to three years of background in volume hiring, field recruitment, or human resources.
Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Optional credentials: SHRM or HRCI certification.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the business to gain an understanding of current and anticipated staffing needs; develop and execute field recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and agencies, area job centers, schools, and universities.
Lead and organize local and industry job fairs, as well as career fairs and events.
Effectively source qualified job candidates via computer databases, networking, and job fairs.
Interview job applicants to pre-screen for job qualifications and inform applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities.
