Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – New Jersey
A skilled nursing facility in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations and provide leadership to the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations
- Lead and support department heads and staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor quality, staffing, census, and financial performance
- Work closely with clinical leadership to maintain quality care
- Address operational and employee concerns as needed
Qualifications:
- Current New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator License required
- Nursing home administration experience required
- Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
