Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Shift: Days
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to lead our clinic-based programs in Philadelphia. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of care, mentor the next generation of clinicians, and build a high-performing team grounded in excellence, compassion, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Clinical Operations
- Oversee daily clinical workflows and ensure quality care delivery
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance
Mentor & Supervise
- Provide guidance and supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support career development
Maintain Clinical Excellence
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in ABA therapy
- Review and approve behavior intervention plans and assessments
Drive Training & Education
- Facilitate ongoing training in ABA, CBT, and other evidence-based modalities
- Support CEU opportunities and professional development
Collaborate Strategically
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Contribute to program growth and development initiatives
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential in Pennsylvania
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, including supervisory responsibilities
