Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on Salesforce development experience and proven ability to lead and mentor development teams . This is a hands-on technical leadership role with approximately 20 25% coding .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development teams and mentor engineers.
- Oversee onshore/offshore development resources.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex .
- Lead code reviews, technical design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile/SDLC environment.
- Support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs .
- Ensure best practices for Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing rules.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex .
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud .
- Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing rules.
- REST/SOAP integrations.
- Agile/SDLC, Jira, source control, and testing methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
