You work collaboratively with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Admins to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. You take ownership of your projects from conception through delivery, write clean and efficient code, and continuously seek ways to optimize performance and improve the platform. You have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work OnDesign and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation tools to meet business requirementsArchitect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party connectorsWrite and maintain high-quality, well-documented code including Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable jobs, with full awareness of Salesforce governor limitsBuild responsive Lightning Web Components and custom user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive adoptionDevelop and optimize SOQL queries and database design to ensure data integrity and platform performanceTroubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and implement solutions in a timely mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure solutions are aligned with business goalsHow You Will Do Your WorkAs a Salesforce Developer at Justworks, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately results in our success as an organization. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
