High-Volume Recruiting | Technical & Corporate Hiring | 9/80 Schedule We're seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of openings, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, facilities, and corporate positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, managing a high-volume requisition load, and driving hiring efforts from kickoff through offer acceptance. What You’ll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance Support hiring across technical, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and corporate functions Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates Build and maintain active talent pipelines Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring teams Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring strategies and compensation recommendations Manage requisitions across multiple local sites Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records within the ATS Adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs What We’re Looking For Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting Ability to manage 40+ requisitions simultaneously Experience supporting a mix of professional, technical, manufacturing, engineering, or operations roles Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience using BrassRing or similar applicant tracking systems Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or technical environments Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and business leadership teams Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management Why Join? Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $47.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
