Recruiter, SeniorThe Opportunity:The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates, building trusted relationships that enable a consistently successful, end-to-end hiring process for our Pacific region, including Hawaii and Asia. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, mission priorities, and workforce needs of the client groups supported, as well as current labor-market dynamics within targeted talent pools. The Recruiter provides data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection to secure top-tier talent. The Recruiter is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. This role ensures all recruiting activities and deliverables comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
