IT Support Specialist

Opportunity Details IT Support Specialist Pontiac, MI Application Support Specialist Onsite position in the Troy District Court providing end user PC, (1 -3 years) software, and courtroom Audio Visual support and troubleshooting for Court staff and the public. Duties: Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff). Position will be on-site 5 days a week at 520 W Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI, 48084. Full or partial remote work is NOT an option. Ability to LEARN the MiFILE application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems. Examples: Include stepping into a courtroom to troubleshoot AV or computer issues during court proceedings or helping staff with 'How do I...' questions. Interface with and escalate to County IT team for advanced support. Interview Process : Resource will interview with and report to District Court Administration. Phone screenings may be used to short-list candidates. An in-person interview will be conducted. Interviews will be scheduled as resumes are received.
