On-Site IT Support Specialist
Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering, Inc.
Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering, Inc. in Rochester Hills, MI, is hiring a full-time on-site Help Desk Technician to deliver first-line IT support and assist users with computer issues. You will collaborate with the third-party IT provider on tickets and projects, handling password resets and device setup as needed.
