Requirements and Skills Minimum 2 years of property management, apartment management, or related leadership experience LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience required Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property compliance requirements Experience using Yardi or similar property management software Proven ability to manage budgets, rent collections, and property financials Strong leadership, team-building, and employee development skills Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Job Duties Oversee daily operations of a residential apartment community Manage property performance, occupancy goals, and resident satisfaction Collect rent, monitor delinquency, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting Develop and implement leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies Lead, train, and support leasing and maintenance team members Build positive relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, Fair Housing laws, and company policies Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor services, and property improvements Conduct property inspections to maintain community appearance and standards Monitor local market trends and recommend strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue Benefits Good Weekly Pay Health Benefits (Medical, Dental Life + Vision) Optional 401(k) Plan Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
