About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Sales Ops with a strong background in supply chain to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and process improvements that drive superior sales performance, client retention, and business growth. This role requires a strategic business partner who can interpret global strategy for local and regional implementation, lead the design and development of solutions to meet business needs, and provide ongoing support for operations activities. The VP, Sales Ops will also be instrumental in leading the sales strategy development and deployment, mentoring and coaching sales leaders, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants for the VP, Sales Ops position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' business experience, with a preference for a background that includes technology end users, technology providers, and government sectors. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record of successful sales overachievement, proficiency in global sales strategy execution, and a comprehensive understanding of sales operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to influence at a senior level and lead P&L optimization and planning. A strong background in operations strategy, data analysis, and project management is essential, as is the ability to mentor and coach sales leaders effectively.
