• 8 am - 8 am shifts -- 24-hour call coverage with rounding
• Typical day: 4 hours in-house, then on-call for remainder
• 10 shifts available per month -- minimum 5 shifts required
• 4 - 10 newborns per day -- high-risk deliveries included
• Hospital-based neonatology setting
• UAC, UVC line insertion, and intubation required
• Circs preferred but not required
• Leave and resignation coverage -- potential to extend
