AWS Life Sciences in Applied AI Solutions org is working on new AI agent(s) in the clinical trials domain. Clinical trials are the most time consuming and cost heavy step in bringing new drugs to market and we aim to accelerate this process resulting in better health outcomes for patients. We're building an end-user enterprise application that orchestrates multiple AI agents to streamline the entire clinical trial process, from planning, monitoring to regulatory submission. We are looking for an SDE with a strong sense of ownership, bias-for-action who can help drive the design and development of complex features, who can partner with Product, Science, UX teams to solve problems, and can be an enthusiastic member on the team. We are small start-up team colocated in one-location working on am ambiguous problem that offers a lot of scope and influence beyond the technical realm. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
