Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Mission Viejo - Mission Viejo, CA)

Job Summary Fabletics is looking for a Part-time Sales Lead at the Mission Viejo Mall location. The Sales Lead will deliver an exceptional customer experience and support Sales and Operations while leveraging technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores. Responsibilities Embody our culture and values and provide customers insight on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, from events and promotions to community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.). Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience. Maintain store merchandising guidelines so the store is easy to shop and adds value to the customer’s purchase journey. Participate in giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence by meeting or exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality. Serve as a resource for product knowledge to all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10-30 lbs). Qualifications At least 1 year of retail experience. Prior retail management experience a plus. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store. Ability to work with large teams. Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self-motivated, good communicator with an innate ability to bring out the best in others. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours and openness to evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Willingness to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule. Minimum age 18 years. Work Hours This is a part-time position. The role requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and national holidays. The job involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours, and may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
