Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.

Coordinate patient care with other disciplines, utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment.

Ensure compliance with professional standards and guidelines in patient care.
