Develop effective working relationships with all members of the ASC and Clinic. Communicate information effectively regarding patient conditions to physicians, anesthesia, management, staff, patients, families, and visitors. Perform safe and competent operative nursing care according to the organization's policies and procedures. Adhere to AORN and ASPAN standards for operating room nursing care.
