Positions in this function require various nurse licensure and certification based on role and grade level. Licensure includes RN or LPN/LVN, depending on grade level, with current unrestricted licensure in applicable state. Positions this function include RN and LPN/LVN roles responsible for overseeing and participating in day to day clinical care of patients. Employees are involved in direct patient care (in a clinic, in-home care, etc.). Required Qualifications: Graduate from an approved RN program Valid and current Texas RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 1+ years of clinical RN experience and/or 1+ years of oncology and/or related experience Ambulatory care experience Epic experience Area experience Experience with EMRs Ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population Basic computer skills Demonstrated clear communication skills, both written and verbal Flexible work hours Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29 - $52 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
