The Opportunity :

As the Client Services Account Director, youll lead the charge in managing high-level client relationships, developing strategic plans, and ensuring that client projects deliver world-class results. What Youll Do :

• Client Leadership : Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, nurturing relationships, understanding client goals, and ensuring those goals align with our solutions. Youll lead with responsibility and a client-first mindset.
• Strategic Account Development : Develop long-term strategies that not only meet but exceed client objectives. Your curiosity will guide you in identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation within existing accounts.
• High-Level Project Oversight : Lead major client projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while driving the highest standards of quality. Your tenacity will ensure every project succeeds.
• Cross-Department Leadership : Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operational teams to ensure that client visions are executed flawlessly. Youll foster collaboration across teams and departments to bring integrated solutions to life.
• Client Insights & Innovation : Use data and insights to guide decisions, providing clients with forward-thinking solutions. Youll be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring OBI stays ahead of the curve and continues delivering dreams.
