Job Full Description Our client in Mentor, OH is seeking dependable Material Handlers/Warehouse Associates for a short-term assignment with a growing company experiencing an increase in business. This is a 1-month assignment with the opportunity to gain valuable warehouse experience and the opportunity to extend LT based on attendance and performance.

Job Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Fill orders and distribute materials as requested.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, walking riders, reach trucks, EZ-Go carts, hand trucks, and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work independently while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Reach truck and order picker experience is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 24 feet when operating an order picker.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and good time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
