Position: Senior Social Media Manager, Paid Social Marketing
Location: Onsite in Boston, MA 02110
Duration: 6-12 month contract to hire
Rate: Depending on experience, starting $58-77/hour + W2

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager, Paid Social Marketing to lead our global paid social efforts and bring campaign management in-house. This role will partner closely with our agency during the transition before taking ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, and performance across paid social channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate combines deep paid social expertise with strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the transition of paid social management from agency to in-house ownership.
Develop and execute a global paid social strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
Own campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, with deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads.
Manage campaign calendars, creative trafficking, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
Partner with internal teams, including Organic Social, to align messaging and campaign priorities.
Collaborate with agency partners on media planning, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization.
Own campaign metrics, reporting, and insights, using data to drive recommendations and improve performance.
Establish scalable processes and best practices for a high-performing in-house paid social program.

Qualifications

7+ years of paid social marketing experience, including significant expertise with LinkedIn Ads.
Proven success developing and optimizing paid social strategies that drive business results.
Experience working with agencies; agency background preferred.
Strong understanding of media budgets, campaign analytics, testing, and performance reporting.
Excellent project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, global environment.
