Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Sunnyvale CA (Hybrid onsite) Ex Apple and local candidates.About The RoleWe're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and deliver features across our front-end and back-end stack for the duration of this engagement. We care more about strong engineering fundamentals than any specific language — someone who can reason clearly about programming and adapt to our tech stack quickly.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications, from UI to databaseBuild and consume REST APIs with attention to performance and securityWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code (unit/integration tests as standard practice)Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automationDebug and resolve issues in existing code, and support delivered features for the duration of the engagementCollaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers in an agile/iterative environmentParticipate in code reviews and follow established engineering best practicesOptimize performance of assigned features (API latency, query efficiency, front-end rendering)Document the code and APIs you build (inline docs, API specs)Required SkillsStrong fundamentals in programming (data structures, OOP/functional concepts, debugging) — language-agnosticFront-end: React (or a comparable modern JS framework)Backend: Solid experience in at least one of Python or GoClear understanding of REST API design principlesWorking knowledge of CI/CD concepts (build/test/deploy pipelines, e.g., Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)Database exposure: relational DB experience (Oracle or PostgreSQL preferred)Preferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience with both Python and GoHands-on with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Experience with infrastructure-as-code toolsExperience LevelOpen to a range — flexible based on candidate strength in fundamentals.
