What You'll Do

As a Remote Family Benefits Consultant , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients seeking information about available benefits and coverage options.

Client Service & Benefits Education

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
• Learn about each family's needs, priorities, and coverage questions
• Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options clearly
• Answer questions and provide professional, personalized guidance
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment documentation
• Review existing coverage and discuss available options when appropriate
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation

Relationship Building

Strong client relationships are an important part of this position. You'll:

• Build trust through professionalism, integrity, and consistent communication
• Listen carefully to client needs and concerns
• Deliver a positive experience before, during, and after enrollment
• Follow up with clients who need additional assistance
• Maintain long-term relationships through continued service
• Help families make informed decisions regarding their available benefits
