What You'll Do

As an Insurance Producer, you will:

• Meet face-to-face with prospective clients and businesses

• Build relationships with individuals, business owners, and decision-makers

• Conduct professional insurance presentations

• Educate clients on available life and supplemental insurance products

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Follow up with prospects and existing clients

• Develop and manage your own book of business

• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training

• Work toward individual and team production goals

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Licensing

This position requires an applicable state insurance license . Candidates who are not currently licensed may be provided guidance regarding the licensing process before beginning insurance sales activities.
