Phone Receptionist (Temporary Coverage)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Duration: Temporary position through September

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Phone Receptionist to provide temporary coverage through September. This role will be responsible for managing incoming calls, assisting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Greet and assist visitors as needed

- Take accurate messages and relay information to the appropriate departments

- Provide basic administrative support, including data entry and filing

- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when assisting customers, employees, and vendors

- Support general office tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office

Schedule & Assignment Details:

- Monday through Friday

- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Temporary assignment through September
