Bilingual Receptionist

Chase Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist in Morrow, GA.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PMPay Range: $16-17/hr (Based on Experience)Responsibilities:Welcomes guests, ensures they complete visitor log and assigns entry badges.Ensures to collect badges at end of visits and maintains accuracy of visitor log.Answers phones and redirects calls as needed.Maintains outgoing mail, distributes incoming mail as needed.Collects supplies orders for the A/P resource for ordering.Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.Creates posters, announcements and invites to employee events.Enters piece pay earnings daily and calculates weekly totals in Access.Enters piece pay earnings daily and calculates weekly totals in Access.Enters piece pay earnings daily and calculates weekly totals in Access.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Must be fluent in both SPANISH and ENGLISHMust be proficient with administrative skillsCHASE provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, status as disabled veteran, marital status or any other legally- protected characteristic in accordance with applicable laws.
