Fast-paced High Volume Personal Injury Law Firm Near I-85/I-285 Seeks a Full-Time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist.
Responsibilities include:
• Ability to answer multiple inbound telephone calls, and re-direct them to appropriate staff.
• Greet and assist onsite guests.
• Act as liaison between client and the attorney.
• Organize calendar items and schedule appointments.
• Maintains front office area.
• No prior law firm experience necessary.
Skills and Characteristics:
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Great customer service.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with multi-phone systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Software.
• Must be organized, self- motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Must be bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred.
