Assembly Technician

Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will play an integral role in our production process. This position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule, from 8am to 5pm, in Lakeland, FL.

Responsibilities

• Clean and wipe down products to ensure they are ready for finishing.
• Apply stickers precisely onto finished products.
• Assist with material handling duties and carry materials throughout the facility.
• Stand for extended periods while performing tasks.
• Ensure attention to detail and work collaboratively with team members.

• Experience in manufacturing, including production, assembly, or machine operations.
• Ability to carry up to 40 pounds and move products throughout the facility.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

• Experience working in a lab is a plus.
• Blueprint reading, soldering, and cleanroom experience are advantageous.
• Good attendance history.
• Motivation to learn new skills and interest in the lab/chemical manufacturing industry.

Work Environment

Work in a comfortable, indoor cooled environment. Closed-toed shoes are required for safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
