We are seeking a licensed pharmacy technician to join our home infusion team as a Patient Services Representative . This position combines pharmacy technician responsibilities with patient service, prescription coordination, refill management, and administrative support. The Patient Service Representative is an important point of contact for patients, caregivers and nurses. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while coordinating patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and caregivers regarding home infusion services, supplies, upcoming deliveries and general questions.
• Process and refill prescriptions under the direction and supervision of a pharmacist and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate prescription refills with pharmacists, nursing staff, delivery personnel, and patient service staff.
• Assist pharmacists with day-to-day pharmacy operations within the scope permitted.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacy technician.
• Previous healthcare, medical office, home infusion, specialty pharmacy or DME experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
