Regional ManagerA leading manufacturer serving municipal, industrial, energy, and agricultural markets is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and grow its presence across the region. This company's customers and partners typically include owners, engineers, and contractors, so strong candidates will bring experience in outside sales, territory strategy, account growth, distributor relationships, project tracking, specifications, and customer follow-up.The Regional Manager will be responsible for owning and growing the region — building relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors, developing new accounts while growing existing business, partnering with the Customer Service Director and inside sales team on bids and RFPs, keeping customers current on production schedules and availability, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events.What We're Looking For4-6 years of outside sales and/or construction project management experienceA track record of developing accounts and building long-term client relationships across a multi-state regionEstablished relationships with owners, engineers, contractors, or distributor partnersProven ability to develop new accounts while growing existing customer relationshipsAbility to manage a large region independentlyStrong communication and presentation skills, particularly on project-specific proposalsAll inquiries will be handled confidentially.
