Client Services Specialist I

What the day will look like Job Responsibilities: Process certificate/ policy requests Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies Data management Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques Skills and experience that will lead to success: Interpreting client requirements documents Data management experience Skilled with data management. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems Data Entry experience Property and casualty license preferred, or required within 90 days of hire Strong communication skills Ability to communicate well with clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in the insurance industry will be helpful Education: College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $40,000 to $46,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
