Angove Partners is partnering with a fast-growing independent insurance advisory platform to identify ambitious Employee Benefits Producers across New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia. This opportunity is designed for emerging producers who have started building their book, developed strong client relationships, and are looking for a platform that will help accelerate their growth. What You'll Be Doing Build and grow relationships with business owners, CFOs, HR leaders and executive teams Generate new Employee Benefits opportunities across the middle market Advise clients on health, welfare, voluntary benefits and risk strategies Partner with internal specialists to deliver tailored solutions Develop referral relationships with centres of influence Create and execute a business development strategy for your market Expand and retain client relationships through consultative selling Help employers navigate an increasingly complex benefits landscape Who We're Looking For You may currently be a: Employee Benefits Producer Benefits Consultant Benefits Advisor Client Executive Producer in Development Account Executive with production responsibilities We're particularly interested in individuals who: Have 1–7 years of producer or business development experience Have started building client relationships and generating revenue Want to grow their book faster than their current platform allows Are entrepreneurial and commercially driven Enjoy networking and building long-term partnerships You do not need a million-dollar book to be successful here. In fact, we're especially keen to speak with producers in the earlier stages of their production career who believe they're capable of much more with the right platform behind them.
