Structural Engineer

Must have experience managing the drawing and calculating gravity tributary loads and sized beams. Must be able to calculate and design wall bracing plans for lateral wind loads. Must have high end multifamily design experience ( homes and apartment buildings)
Managed designs and quality control for premier home builders. Provide solutions and fixes for builders, clients, and contractors. Successful meeting team deadlines and maintain company set standards.

Additional Skills

Qualifications:
• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 5+yrs of experience in Structural Engineering
• Registered P.E. in Texas (would be nice)
• Wood framing
• Mentoring EIT's and designers
• Proficient in REVIT & AutoCAD
• Business Development experience a huge plus
