Onsite HR Generalist: Hiring & Employee Relations

BWX Technologies, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist to provide daily HR support on the shop floor, partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition for full-cycle hiring, and advise on policy interpretation. The role requires onsite work at the Mt. Vernon, IN location and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate has 1+ year HR experience, strong customer service, and excellent MS Office skills.
